My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean and overlooked the children's play area, offering plenty of hot water, which was a plus. However, the service had its ups and downs with Carlos and Carmen being wonderful, but others giving off an unpleasant vibe. The location was convenient for letting kids play and exploring nearby attractions, although the late opening times were a downside. The dining options were average, with some delays in service and a lack of management presence. Overall, it was a good break despite some shortcomings.

The hotel offers a decent buffet service but is annoying to have to pay a deposit for a pool towel. The rooms are smaller than shown in pictures, with beds placed side by side, creating one large bed and a bad smell coming from the pipes.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and nice Wi-Fi. The service was top-notch, especially with the smiling and welcoming reception staff making sure everyone enjoyed their holiday. The location was superb, offering a range of activities for all ages and easy access to the beach and shopping areas. The dining experience was pleasant, although breakfast hours could be improved. Overall, a great option with excellent value for money.
